Born in 1971, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District. Had Schoolings in Srivilliputhur and Aruppukottai. Completed Computer Science and Engineering, in 1992 from SRM Engineering College, Madras University. Worked in IT Industry from 1993 till 2006, in Business Development, in Domestic and International Markets. Started involving in Development since 2002 with Global Civil Societies. Completed my Management Education, 2006, from IIM Calcutta. Started Friday Solutions (at present Friday Micro Ventures) in 2007. Since then, working for Economic Development by Integrating Micro & Small Enterprise Clusters, as part of Comprehensive Solutions to implement Nationally and Globally. He has conducted 100+ Researches, Instrumental in 55+ Interventions, developed 500+ Solutions for Economic Development, by Friday Micro Ventures investing 2500+ man-months effort. Interventions are Research, strategy development and incubation, creation of Common Facility Centres, Industrial Estate, Management Education / Business Literacy, for less literates, Software Technology for Business Integration, Policy Development, Knowledge Process Outsourcing, public Mobilisation. He pioneered in Solving the Challenges of Clusters in most Verticals, including Small Farmers, that has 70% of the workforce.

Recognitions

1. He was awarded as Best Marketing Person Nationally and Gold Standard Manager in the organisations, while at employment
2. He has got recognitions from Government, Industry Associations and Civil Societies.
3. He was also awarded with funds for piloting solution of (a) “Online Market Place for Farmers and micro entrepreneurs” in 2006 by UNDP (b) Grass Roots Entrepreneurship (c) Internet for Employment (d) Legal Education for Rural Citizens by IDRC in 2008.
4.He got the contract awarded, 2002, for his proficiency to demonstrate the knowledge integration, to develop the software for Open Knowledge Network in 2003 by Digital Task Force of G8 Countries, which included global partners such as DFID, NGOs like MSSRF, Accenture Foundations, Oneworld UK. This led to CSCs of India.
5. He was a member in Global Knowledge Partnership GKP, a World Bank Initiative, of Knowledge Partnership of 140 Civil Societies world-wide. Together with GKP, he conducted 3 International workshops on (a) Economic Growth Strategies using Micro Enterprises 2007 (b) Knowledge Transfer for Development 2008 (c) Telecentres (CSC) Entrepreneurs for Rural Economic Development 2008.

Memory :

1.In 2015, he gave a solution design as a scheme to solve an ongoing environment violations and hence industry growth problem, to form Private Industrial Estates for Textile Preparatory works in the 6 Districts of Tamilnadu, where I completely designed the viability to Government, public and partners. The Chief Minister announced the scheme under Special Rule in Tamilnadu.
2. He Was appreciated with a shield from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, in 2010, for Piloting Online Entrepreneurship Education for Small Entrepreneurs in Local Languages.
3.He had the opportunity to speak in the Worldwide Summit for Information Society WSIS 2003, at Geneva, while launching Open Knowledge Network, on Stage.
