Introduction: Friday Micro Ventures: Past Projects

Following 4 years of Global study from 2002, with 140 International Civil Societies, led by World Bank, for Millennium Development Goals, “Friday Micro Ventures” started as a Branded initiative for Socio Economic Development, as ‘for Profit Business’, first under the name of Friday Solutions Private Limited in 2007, time to time and purpose based specific vehicle

The Objective till 2019 was to find practical solutions to provide equal economic opportunity to all, especially the Grass Roots (Un-organized), which accounts for 80% of India Employment, to integrated to mainstream. We conducted a number of researches, pilots on its own with investment and efforts. Following are the key summary of the field level projects which were experimental in nature to build the right economic development model. In 2020 we decided to go commercial as Economic Development Organization.
